BAS Land & Auction Group, LLC was established in 2007 in Ft. Lupton, Colorado by Butch Hagelstrom. In 2020, the company opened an office in Halstad, Minnesota. Butch has been involved in numerous real estate transactions and auctions over the years and is a 2007 graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering.
Butch Hagelstrom, Realtor, AARE-Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate, CAI, is a licensed broker in Minnesota and North Dakota. BAS can assist in marketing your real estate, or equipment, utilizing presale marketing through our extensive website presence, social media, and print advertising. Our associations with LandSearch.com (Real Estate) and AuctionTime.com (Equipment) provide a large marketing platform to meet our clients’ needs.
Our compensation is based on commission. Therefore, our success is directly tied to the success of your sale! We provide a complete accounting of the information regarding the items sold at your auction and a list of the relevant expenses.
BAS Land & Auction Group, LLC has gained a reputation as an honest and hard-working auction company. We are also a member-in good-standing of the National Auctioneer Association, Minnesota Auctioneer Association, North Dakota Auctioneer Association, and the Colorado Auctioneer Association.
